I live in North Vancouver B.C. Canada with my husband and a French Bulldog named Mina. We have been blessed with 2 children and 2 granddaughters, all of whom live in close proximity to us in North Vancouver. We have chosen North Vancouver as our special spot to live and work as it is truly a wonderful woodland playground.

My life experiences have taken me from banking to real estate and eventually to owning and managing a growing restoration business. The last 8 years have been totally devoted to achieving spiritual and emotional wellbeing all the while gaining experience in the field of Hypnotherapy and Reiki.

My path has unfolded in such a way as to guide me to the understanding that the gifts I have been given must be shared with others.

 


I have expanded my knowledge and experiences to incorporate and share with my clients, the benefits of EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) and HRT (Heart Resonance Therapy). I became a Clinical Hypnotherapist under the tutelage of Dr. Leslie McIntosh, head of the Coastal Academy of Hypnotherapy located in White Rock, B.C.

At the Coastal Academy of Hypnotherapy we gain the understanding that all hypnosis is actually self hypnosis. Therefore, through the use of Hypnotherapy, clients are guided towards achieving their desired goals in life and as a result gain peace of mind. I am registered with the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association and the National Guild of Hypnotists; both associations are highly respected in the industry.

To be able to help others maximize their potential gives me the most satisfaction and reminds me everyday of my purpose in life. The discovery of Reiki has broadened my understanding of energy healing. Since that time, Reiki has been a focus and mainstay in my daily life. The principles of Reiki guide my work and play.
